The Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality litigation support services throughout the life cycle of a matter, including providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics and production deliverables. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexity and scope. The Project Manager will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel and other members of the legal team to ensure the successful completion of eDiscovery matters.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Servient is looking for a highly motivated sales development representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Servient’s SaaS eDiscovery platform to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) with the goal of converting them to sales qualified leads (SQL’s) by securing meetings for the prospect to learn more about our platform
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested MQLs to nurture and engage prospects to convert them to SQL with a meeting or demo
- Utilize our CRM, cold calling, and email follow-up to generate meetings or demos with our sales executives
- Build trusting nurturing relationships with legal professionals to set software demos
